“Ruaa Agency” refers to Ruaa Agency, a digital agency providing branding, design, web development, and marketing services.
“Client” refers to any individual or company that engages Ruaa Agency for services.
“Third Parties” refers to external companies or individuals collaborating with Ruaa Agency for project completion.
Ruaa Agency provides branding, graphic design, web development, content creation, and marketing.
Additional services may be offered upon request and agreement.
All services are detailed in individual project proposals.
A contract is established upon written confirmation (email or signed agreement).
Any changes to the contract require written approval.
Ruaa Agency reserves the right to adjust pricing or timelines in case of project scope changes.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
Remaining payments must be made within 30 days of invoice issuance.
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly penalty.
Ruaa Agency reserves the right to pause work in case of late or non-payment.
Project timelines are based on client responsiveness and approvals.
Delays due to the client’s failure to provide feedback or materials are not the responsibility of Ruaa Agency.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Ruaa Agency retains ownership of all creative materials until final payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work.
Ruaa Agency reserves the right to feature completed projects in its portfolio unless stated otherwise.
Clients receive up to three (3) rounds of revisions unless specified otherwise.
Any revisions beyond this limit will be subject to additional fees.
Requests for major design or content changes outside the original scope will be charged separately.
Ruaa Agency agrees to keep all client data and project details confidential.
Ruaa Agency complies with the GDPR and Bosnia’s Law on Personal Data Protection.
Client information will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for project completion.
Ruaa Agency does not guarantee specific results (e.g., increased sales, higher engagement).
Ruaa Agency is not liable for technical issues caused by third-party platforms or services.
The client is responsible for approving all designs, content, and deliverables before publication.
Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days’ written notice.
If the client terminates the project, Ruaa Agency will charge for all completed work up to that point.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Ruaa Agency fails to deliver agreed-upon services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Sarajevo.
Ruaa Agency reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of changes via email or website updates.
